Placing the sulfur at the 2-position makes the compound less interesting and less potent than the 5-position analogue, likely requiring roughly double the dose. Around 50 milligrams it produced light-headedness, loss of appetite, and inability to achieve erection, effects suggesting sympathetic nervous system involvement and lingering into the next day, which prompted the author to stop pushing higher.
