Also known as NIMITZ, 2,5-DIMETHOXY-4-(s)-BUTYLTHIOPHENETHYLAMINE
Described as about as potent as phenethylamines get, rivaled only by a couple of much longer-lasting compounds in a related family. Its fluorine-bearing side chain was chosen partly to allow labeling with a positron-emitting isotope for brain-imaging research.
