Also known as INDOLE, 3-[2-(DIMETHYLAMINO)ETHYL]-5-METHOXY-2-METHYL, 5-METHOXY-2,N,N-TRIMETHYLTRYPTAMINE, 5-METHOXY-2-METHYL-DMT, 3-[2-(DIMETHYLAMINO)ETHYL]-5-METHOXY-2-METHYLINDOLE, INDAPEX

Clearly hallucinogenic at 150 mg orally, roughly comparable to 300 mg of mescaline, and notable because its 2-position methyl grants oral activity that the otherwise smoke-or-inject-only 5-MeO-DMT lacks. At more moderate 70-80 mg doses it is both relaxing and sexually stimulating, while the highest doses reveal a toxic component that discouraged repeat use.
