Also known as 2,N-DIMETHYL-4,5-METHYLENEDIOXYAMPHETAMINE
MADAM-6, an MDMA variant with a methyl group added at a supposedly neutral spot, turned out to be inactive and at least three times weaker than MDMA. The author uses this to argue that MDMA's action requires that position to stay uncluttered, and poses the still-untested isomer MADAM-2 as an open question.
