Also known as MDEA, EVE, N-ETHYL-MDA, 3,4-METHYLENEDIOXY-N-ETHYLAMPHETAMINE

A close cousin of MDMA with a similar time course but needing a somewhat higher dose, and it too can cause jaw clenching. Its effects resemble MDMA's in broad strokes but seem to lack the special emotional warmth and easy openness, instead producing a more sedating, MDA-like intoxication; it was central to early studies of drug-sequencing where one substance is layered onto another.
