A hard-to-pin-down N-methyl compound that has drawn scattered independent reports: some felt nothing up to 60 milligrams, others had full experiences at 150 to 200 milligrams, and intravenous users described rapid awareness, genital tingling or spinal sensations, and raised temperature and blood pressure lasting many hours. The commentary also explores its metabolic overlap with an asthma bronchodilator drug.
