A 4-propoxy relative of TMA-2 and MEM that proved distinctly weaker, which dampened enthusiasm for exploring this branch further. Closely related variants were similarly disappointing: one showed no effects even at 12 milligrams, another was judged even less active, and the rest were never tested in people.
