For this sulfur-bearing relative of TMA-2 the effective human dose remains wholly undetermined, though whatever it is, it should exceed that of its close cousin PARA-DOT (ALEPH), a compound showing full activity at just 10 milligrams. The author felt pursuing it further was not worthwhile, viewing ALEPH as the far stronger candidate.
