Fatal overdose may occur when thienodiazepines are combined with other depressants such as opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, gabapentinoids, alcohol or other GABAergic substances.[1] It is strongly discouraged to combine these substances, particularly in common to heavy doses.
