Even at a low 20-milligram dose several people had trouble walking and keeping their balance, describing movement as floating and prone to tilting, with occasional appetite loss and a numbing of touch; overall the responses were mixed. Its most striking feature is a roughly tenfold jump in potency over its parent mescaline, achieved simply by swapping a sulfur atom for an oxygen without loss of complexity.
