Psychedelic drug of the tryptamine class. Higher homologue of Psilocin, and is the 4-hydroxy analogue of N-Methyl-N-Propyltryptamine.

TiHKAL summary

There is only a single report on file, too little to fix dose or duration, but extrapolation places it in the familiar psilocin-like range of up to about 20 milligrams orally. The author generalizes that most tryptamines carrying a 4-hydroxy group and up to six carbons on the nitrogen are active around 10 to 20 milligrams, while one bulky tert-butyl variant proved essentially inert.
