Death may occur when Acetylfentanyl is combined with depressants such as opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, gabapentinoids, thienodiazepines or other GABAergic substances.[1] It is strongly discouraged to combine either heavy or moderate dosages of these substances together.PW
