The classic entactogen (Ecstasy), typically used therapeutically around 120 milligrams with an optional smaller top-up, and commonly followed by next-day tiredness. Its more potent isomer is the opposite of what holds for classic psychedelics, and it does not cross-tolerate with MDA, suggesting a distinct mechanism; heavy repeated dosing produces rapid, near-complete tolerance.
