Fatal overdose may occur when gabapentinoids are combined with other depressants such as opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, thienodiazepines, alcohol or other GABAergic substances.[1] It is strongly discouraged to combine these substances, particularly in common to heavy doses.
